Marie and Lon Swartzwelder established I.C. Enterprises, Inc. in 1990 as a sole proprietorship, helping with small roofing projects in the local area. Since this time, we became incorporated and have grown to be one of the largest roofing contractors in the Midwest and one of the fastest growing roofing system providers in the country. Marie is of Native American heritage, making this a minority owned business, and Lon is a decorated veteran of the military.

Nicholas Devall, an Effingham native, spent the early part of his adult years on the waters of Lake of the Ozarks selling watercrafts and building relationships with his customers. In 2006 Nick made the move back to his home town and was brought onboard with I.C. Enterprises to handle the everyday office duties. Since that time Nick has taken on the role of marketing and customer relations.

Sarah Myers, born and raised in Effingham, has a degree in Business and plenty of experience in the Customer Service and Secretary fields. She came to I.C. Enterprises, Inc. after 4 years in the banking industry and took on the full-time roll of Administrative Assistant in May of 2010.

Kirk Lovellette, an Effingham native as well, moved back to the community to be closer to his family. He brings with him years of Corporate and Entrepreneur experiences. He has implemented processes for sales, marketing and customer service for some of the most successful companies, to include GoDaddy.com, Cylex Signs, as well startups for Self Sustainable Energy Companies in Arizona. He brings a wealth of experience and has joined the team to continue with the growth of our commercial division and implement the same over the top sales consultation and service he has been recognized for.

Josh Moyer, one of the most recognized project managers/installers in the commercial roofing industry has moved his family and several of his seasoned crew members to Effingham. His crew recently received a second place reward in a National Roofing Manufacture contest, in which they lost by 1 second. They will be shooting for #1 in this semi-annual contest. He takes pride in his team’s ability to provide the best solution for the project and finish the project on time with professionalism and quality as the first priority.
