Marie and Lon Swartzwelder established I.C. Enterprises, Inc. in 1990 as a sole proprietorship, helping with small roofing projects in the local area. Since this time, we became incorporated and have grown to be one of the largest roofing contractors in the Midwest and one of the fastest growing roofing system providers in the country. Marie is of Native American heritage, making this a minority female owned business, and Lon is a decorated veteran of the military.
